• ₱300,000 and below: Cash out directly through the E-Lotto app.
• ₱300,000.01 and above: Claim at the PCSO Main Office, located at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

Jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
