Where to Claim PCSO Lotto Prizes:
For E-Lotto Prizes:
- ₱300,000 and below: Cash out directly through the E-Lotto app.
- ₱300,000.01 and above: Claim at the PCSO Main Office, located at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Requirements for Claiming:
- Present the QR Code of the winning ticket.
- Bring two (2) valid IDs for verification.
For Jackpot Prizes:
- Jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
- Note: Jackpot prizes are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN Law.
- For physical tickets, write your name and sign the back of the winning ticket.
For Prizes Below ₱10,000:
Claim at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet or the nearest PCSO branch.
