A 4D Lotto ticket costs ₱12 per play, inclusive of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST). Tickets are available at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet nationwide. Play your lucky numbers or try your luck with Lucky Pick (LP) for a chance to win exciting prizes!

To play 4D Lotto, choose a 4-digit number by marking one digit (0-9) in each column or use Lucky Pick (LP). You can also play PERM (Rambol) for all possible combinations of your number, with costs ranging from ₱40 to ₱240 depending on digit patterns. Alternatively, try ROLL 1 or ROLL 4, where the system generates the first or last digit, creating 10 combinations at ₱100 total. Play up to 6 consecutive draws and match all 4 digits in exact order to win the First Prize. Draws are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9PM, broadcasted live on IBC13, D8TV, and online platforms.

You can claim your prizes at the following locations based on the amount won:

• ₱24.00 to ₱10,000.00: Claim at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet or nearest PCSO branch.
• ₱10,001.00 to ₱300,000.00: Visit the nearest PCSO branch office.
• Jackpot Prizes (above ₱300,000.00): Claim at the PCSO Main Office, located at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

1. Prizes above ₱10,000.00 are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN Law.
