Where to Claim PCSO Lotto Prizes:

For E-Lotto Prizes:

  • ₱300,000 and below: Cash out directly through the E-Lotto app.
  • ₱300,000.01 and above: Claim at the PCSO Main Office, located at 605 Conservatory Building, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

Requirements for Claiming:

  1. Present the QR Code of the winning ticket.
  2. Bring two (2) valid IDs for verification.

For Jackpot Prizes:

  1. Jackpot prizes must be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
  2. Note: Jackpot prizes are subject to a 20% tax under the TRAIN Law.
  3. For physical tickets, write your name and sign the back of the winning ticket.

For Prizes Below ₱10,000:

Claim at any authorized PCSO lotto outlet or the nearest PCSO branch.

Important Reminders:

  1. PCSO thoroughly validates all winning tickets. Counterfeit or tampered tickets will not be honored.
  2. Always ensure your ticket is genuine and follow the proper claiming process.
